All HAUS OF MUSE online and in-person courses, eBooks, manuals, captions, videos, terminology, visual assets, techniques, designs, and educational structures are protected under:
• Australian Copyright Act 1968
• U.S. Copyright Act (Title 17)
• Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works
Copying, modifying, re-teaching, repackaging, screen-recording/screen-shotting, or repurposing any content without express written consent as well as purchasing courses and or ebooks on behalf of third parties or competitors for intended competitive use is strictly prohibited.
Breach will result in:
- Immediate access revocation without notice or refund
- DMCA takedown filings
- Application of applicable legal remedies
ONLINE EDUCATION POLICY
When enrolling in any HAUS OF MUSE online course or purchasing a digital product, you agree to:
1. Use the content for your own professional development only
2. Not share the material with colleagues, assistants, friends, or third parties
3. Not teach, rebrand, or modify the curriculum
4. Not release content inspired by or derived from HAUS OF MUSE educational materials, whether technical, visual or aesthetic
5. Not collaborate with competitors using any information from the course
6. Not screen-record or extract modules for redistribution
7. Not store, copy, or upload materials to any external drive or cloud for others to access
8. Not involve third parties in any course-related access or purchase on behalf of third parties
Any violation results in permanent access termination without refund.
BREACH OF TERMS — ACCESS REVOCATION POLICY
HAUS OF MUSE reserves the right to immediately revoke access to any course, digital product, or educational resource without refund when a student:
• Shares logins or passwords
• Shares screenshots, videos, or files
• Re-teaches or republishes techniques
• Participates in collaborations using HAUS OF MUSE IP
• Posts derivative educational content based on the course, terminology & materials
• Allows competitors or colleagues to view or learn from the material
• Uses VPN or concealed IP access to hide third-party use
• Shares content with educators, platforms, or stylists operating in competition
• Attempts to reverse-engineer course material for commercial use
Violation of these terms constitutes immediate termination of your enrolment without refund.
Your access may be removed without warning or refund.
