REFUND POLICY — DIGITAL PRODUCTS, ONLINE & IN PERSON EDUCATION
All digital products and education provided by HAUS OF MUSE, including 1:1 Education, group education classes, online courses, eBooks, manuals, PDFs, downloadable files, and educational content provided by HAUS OF MUSE are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
Due to the instant-access nature of digital education & ebooks, all sales are final.
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Perceived lack of skill improvement
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Accessing content on multiple devices
• Pre-orders once payment has been processed
Breach of Terms
Any breach of intellectual property terms as stated on the HAUS OF MUSE website, in enrolment forms, product pages & or checkboxes such as: redistribution, password sharing, intent to share or collaboration with competitors, purchasing on behalf of third parties or competitors and or unauthorised use of HAUS OF MUSE materials will result in immediate access revocation without refund & legal action will be taken.
By completing a purchase and enrolling in HAUS OF MUSE education, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
REFUND POLICY — PHYSICAL PRODUCTS, TOOLS & ACCESSORIES
All product sales are final unless the item is deemed faulty with legitimate reason and cause created prior to shipping. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong sizing, colour inaccuracy and or inability to read product descriptions thoroughly.
HAUS OF MUSE is not responsible for delayed, missing, stolen packages or delivery to the wrong address that of which is entered incorrectly during checkout by the customer.
HAUS OF MUSE is not responsible for damaged packaging or products caused by couriers & the shipping carrier during the shipping, handling or delivery process.
In extreme circumstances, a replacement item may be sent. Replacement or return shipping fees are payable by the customer.
